Custom Packaging
As all custom products are manufactured specifically as per customer requirements, once a custom order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Incorrect Products
If a customer receives an incorrect item, Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. will review the issue and may provide a replacement.
Replacement Process
After reviewing the submitted proof, Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. may approve a replacement of the affected products. Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability or production requirements.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations: Custom packaging with approved artwork Incorrect size, quantity, or specifications selected by the customer Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery.
