Acceptance of Terms

Product Information
Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. makes every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, size, or material appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting conditions, or screen display differences.
Custom Packaging Orders
Custom packaging products are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s design, specifications, and artwork. Production begins only after artwork approval from the customer. Once artwork has been approved and the order moves into production, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, text, spelling, design placement, and specifications are correct before approval.
Artwork Approval Responsibility
Customers must carefully review their artwork proofs before giving final approval. Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. will produce the packaging exactly as per the approved artwork. Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes, design errors, or incorrect details that were present in the artwork approved by the customer.
Printing & Color Variation
Due to differences in printing processes, materials, and screen displays, the final printed color of packaging may vary slightly from the colors seen on digital screens or previews. Such minor variations are considered normal in the printing industry and will not be treated as defects.
Production Tolerance
Packaging manufacturing may involve minor variations in size, color tone, or production quantity. A small production variation (generally within ±5% of the ordered quantity) is considered acceptable and standard in the packaging industry.
Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery
Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. arranges shipment through trusted courier and logistics partners. While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delivery delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Responsibility for Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order. Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on the Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. website does not automatically guarantee order acceptance. Shri Ranisati Containers Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to review and accept or reject any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspicious transactions, or other operational reasons.
Limitation of Liability
